All New Clients Must Pay in Full when booking their First Consultation & Treatment Appointment.

Existing Clients are kindly asked to pay a 20% deposit or can pay in full in advance for an appointment.

If you cancel your appointment the deposit will be non refundable.

Life does not always go to plan and something may come up which might mean you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Should you wish to rearrange your appointment the payment will be retained for the new appointment.

Please note if you require a refund then there will a small charge deducted from your payment to cover the refund card fee charge.

As you are aware my business is wholly related to the use of my time, so to allow my business to flourish and as a consideration for clients on my waiting list, please give me at least 48 hours notice for cancellations of appointments.

For no shows for an appointment, no refund will be given. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice before your appointment start time, please note that you will be charged the full cost of a session. Should there be a need to cancel the rescheduled appointment, this will be non refundable if you cancel a second time.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment time and date. Clients are asked to arrive on time for the appointment allowing yourself no more than a 10 minute grace period beforehand.

If you are late for your appointment please be mindful that I will be unable to delay your appointment even if you phone/message to indicate that you will be late. If you arrive late for your appointment your session will be shortened so that we finish at the original time expected.

Refunds or partial refunds will not be given should you arrive late for your appointment.

My service continues to follow all guidelines set out by the the professional body Association of Reflexologists (AoR). This is to ensure that good practice is in place to help the client remain safe and well.

Payments must be made at time of booking.

• Online payment by card or Apple pay(securely processed by Stripe) at time of booking.
• Card payment machine (securely processed by iZettle).
• BACs transfer.
• Cash.
• No cheques accepted

Appointments for Reflexology are available throughout the day and evening:

• Wednesdays 10.00 to 17.30.
• Thursdays 10.00 to 21.00.
• Fridays 10.00 to 21.00.
• 2 Saturdays per month 08.30 to 18.30
